The app may have the following features: 1. interactive between citizens/app users and city authorities. 2. Traffic information regarding start of any trip its mode of transportation and destination may be uploaded and city managers can get the first hand idea of traffic congestion/Jam points and they may take necessary steps to avoid the traffic jams and accident etc. 3.Any current information in form of images or description etc may be uplodaded to inform the city authorities like road breakage, water and sewerage pipeline damage , electricity/ power failure etc. 4.In case of any disaster situation due to nay of the act like natural calamity, terrorist attack etc the city authorities may interact directly with any user available at that spot for damage control etc. 5. All the departments of the city authorities should be linked with this app to take and coordinate with each other as per the directions of higher authorities.
