My app proposal is the creation of a leisure evaluator in the city. Vitoria-Gasteiz has varied and attractive resources for the entertainment of its citizens and visitors, which in my opinion could be improved in order to take advantage of its full potential. Through an app of leisure, any citizen could geolocate an event, a place, an area, where he is enjoying his free time, classify what type it is (theater, cinema, music, zone of bars, restaurants, shopping area etc., and assessing their degree of satisfaction, in this way, stakeholders interested in planning, municipal management, cultural management, promoters, etc., could focus their interests on a real demand.
