This is an application which uses blockchain to authenticate users votes on various political agenda, in a liquid democratic process. Each citizen is given an account and key which contains state verified information which identifies them. No two accounts can contain duplicate information. Each vote is encoded in a block chain with a hash, where each user is given a public and private key. Maintenance of the chain is performed by the departments of the state or canton, which operate on a “proof-of-state” mechanism; preventing corruption of the voting system. Each time a new topic is hosted by the state, which provide a brief and supporting big data, the global value of a topic related vote is deposited into each registered citizen account. Users can also delegate voting through a digital contract to a person which they trust to decide in their best interest. This contract can be revoked at any time by the individual. This app still has a centralised form of anti-corruption, however, it enables the efficient implementation of liquid democracy which aims to streamline citizen representation.
