A city App in my view should have all the details about the city. Anybody new coming to the city gets an orientation and make them feel comfortable. Videos on nearby places of interest under various categories. For issues related to anything in city, there should also be a provision for anybody to report issues by just posting photos or with free flow text, voice upload when they see broken sewerage pipes, overflowing dustbins, broken trees, any obstacles to traffic, any security violations, emergency, etc so that the concerned authorities can get notified and act upon. There should also be provisions for citizens to comment on the projects proposed by the city authorities. Citizens should be rewarded for good feedback. There needs to be a provision for citizens to propose ideas and win prizes. A reward system through discount vouchers might motivate citizens to participate.
