At the moment to design a Responsive City App, I think it is necessary in first place open a collaborative virtual space with the users of mobile phones, perhaps using a certain social network media, the main objective chat between the citizens about the main ideas, perhaps creating something like a brainstorming area, related with the whole perspectives of the communities to reach up a consensus and filter the top and initial features of this app, for instance, perhaps we need certain guidelines about how to preserve historical places, its sustainability and keep sites or buildings from some centuries ago, a feature related to the security of the city, especially in touristic zones, in other words built a space that we can share our feelings about how we can take care of our responsive smart cities in the right time and the future.
