In Sacramento we have a multitude of regulating bodies as we are the state capitol. One of the most well known and recognised regulatory bodies is the California Air and Board Resources. This regulating body was the primary driver to the cap and trade policy that is succeeding in CA today. This body regulates and monitors the impact of this regulation leading to a decrease in carbon emissions.
