1.People This is an important stock for the capital of the country.There is a daily flow ( migrating from vicinity of the City) with people coming to work in Bucharest.Approximately half of the workers in Bucharest are coming from outskirts of the city. The subway is the main transportation mean. There is a demanding continuous need for alternative measures in order to keep a smooth flow. 2.Water It is vital for the city function, it is stocked and flows.New endowments have been built in order to assure a proper usage and to avoid floods. (attached picture - IMG 3120) There is a continuous need for further measures to keep the flow of the water in normal conditions since adverse weather events are happening. 3.Energy It is stocked in several station and flow to substations. There is a need for continuous improvement of the network due to the fact that the city is expanding rapidly.New subsurban areas need more infrastructure improvements.
