This is AL-Dakhliah intersection in Amman , it is basically connect the entire main approaches of the city together , west with east especially. This core is always very crowded with cars and you could be very not lucky if you need to get through it to reach your work. With this visible information , let's see the invisible information that we can extract from this . First of all we can see that the main problem that they gather the west and east on one approach , if they plans another approaches the dense on Al-Dakhliah intersection would be less . Second idea , this crowded area with a small cars shows the low ability of the transportation in the city. No main line for a bus or a train you can use to evacuate your private car, and if you you evacuate it already you still late to your work because there is no main line road for the bus separated from the private line. Third thought , more crowded street needs more traffic police , this cause also a problem not just the useless human powers , but also the more dense that caused by their cars and even with there Irregularities which comes in a wrong times causes more late for passengers and more crowed in the street. what we are looking for the future ? More intersection connect the west with east of the city , a train or bus line , this would effect the future urban plans because if you looked very close active areas is very important for future plans , and active should not be related to dense to make the city more efficientز
