Most Livable Cities: 1- San Sebastian 2- Pamplona 3- Barcelona 4- Valencia 5- Madrid Factors of livability: 1- Size 2- Mobility 3- Climate 4- Economy 5- Culture scene My own city: I live in San Sebastian and I believe it is quite a livable city. It is big enough to have plenty of things to do and comercial and economic activity, but not too big at the same time. That means transportation is not so much of a problem and commute times are short. Unfortunately, San Sebastian does have a traffic and parking problem. The economic situation is one of the best among the spanish cities, although it is not a cheap city. Housing costs are specially high, even compared to other basque cities. There is a decent amount of cultural events given its size.
