This photo shows several infrastructures: 1- The Aguas de Añarbe building (the COR-TEN steel building in the back) which is part of the Municipal Water Supply Company. This is specially interesting as the San Sebastian City Council bought non-adjacent land in another region (the neighbouring Navarre, with their own government, parliament...) to be able to secure water supply for the city, becoming a municipality that spreads its territory between two Autonomous Regions. 2- A portable WC or lavatories installed for a concert taking place nearby, which is a temporary infrastructure. 3- The streetlight in the left half of the image. Public lighting is a very important infrastructure and is connected with safety an crime-levels in the streets. 4- A bike lane in the foreground.
