2- With regard to my city, it can be said that the place where the largest island of heat is concentrated, is located in the center of the city, with direct consequence, the urbanization. Over the years, it has been noted that summers are getting warmer and winter is also getting warmer. Another factor that may have increased the incidence of heat islands was the increase in the insertion of factories and industries, generating a significant increase in the emission of polluting gases, resulting in the so-called heat islands. In the rural area, there is a milder climate with less pollution, because they are more forested areas, with predominance of green forests and plenty of vegetation, resulting in a smaller amount of emission of pollutants and islands of heat 3- Some simple measures could increase thermal comfort and decrease heat islands. Are they: - Creation of more areas of coexistence like parks and squares; - Increased afforestation on public roads; - Increase in the rate of permeable areas on public and private land; - Public policies to encourage the planting of trees by residents in their homes, such as tax reductions; - Discount on motor vehicle tax for those who used the public transport at least 30%; - Improvement in public transportation and reduction of the tariff to attract the population. 4- In my city, there are no public policies for the improvement of the climatic condition beyond those already arranged in the master plan and in the parceling of land use and occupation.
