1. In Kyiv, we have the online platform where citizens can add theirs proposals. It`s in a form of petitions and can belong to different urban regulation or design fields like public transport, public places, streets naming or engineering facilities problems. After you have created a petition - everyone with approved identities can vote for your proposal. And if it has 10 000 votes - city council should take it in process. Council should verify if the proposal is within the low and if city council have authority to satisfy the request and after it should be processed. 2. I`ll use some public spaces in this neighbourhood to attract citizens to collect some data from them. I`ll prepare some questions to understand theirs insights about what safety of place means to them. And then I can put those questions to application that provide enter to public wifi. Then I can put a map of the neighbourhood also in public spaces and encourage citizens to mark places they think are most safe and most unsafe. Also I can collect data where are the main walk routes and if there`re another options that are being ignored. After I will have all those data - I can analyse it and make a plan of steps to make people fell more safe in theirs neighbourhood. 3. - Attraction of representative group of citizens of different social groups, but maybe with slight overweight of 20-35 years - Collecting data from different sources - analysing insights - analysing long term effects of acts - design solutions be highly adaptive for changes and improvements
