The picture submitted by me was taken in Apo area of Abuja the federal capital of Nigeria. In the the picture you could see a water tank and the water is gotten underground. The water underground is invisible but when supplied to the tank it becomes visible and can be used. while the network mask is visible but the wave is invisible. Abuja is still developing just like most cities in Africa.
