This picture depicts a community called X do Morro, east zone of the São Paulo, Brazil. It is a very poor place where the people don’t have the minimum to live, the population only survives. Seldom we can see system of water company in this kind of place but the electricity system is always present in specific areas like this one. It is obvious that when we talk about infra structure is needed realize and to use the sensibility to decide which level of the structure we are talking but at the same time is possible perceive the importance and the difference that the infra structure makes mainly in places without basic public system.
