Empty apartments and untamed landscape shows : 1. over delivery of housing stock 2. No response to the prevalent economic groups. 3.Lack of transportation connectivity with the main city. 4.Cultural Needs that require usage of ground and the roof more , averts people from preferring high rises. 5.lack of infrastructure like schools,colleges,hospitals,police stations ,grocery stores etc makes this place undesirable to live. The empty land towards left of the builds indicate that this has been built in the periphery of the city . It looks strikingly different from the urban fabric of Jaipur city . There are slums in the periphery of Jaipur . these empty houses are a not affordable for the lower and middle class families. there is no provision for economically weaker section.
