Five most livable cities for me: 1. Firenze 2. Madrid 3. Lisbon 4. Toulouse 5. Vienna Five points which I consider more importants to make a city livable: 1. Fiendly people 2. Good quality-price balance 3. Public transport or short walking distances 4. Environment and good climate 5. Services and leisure offer Why is Madrid livable and what could be improved? From my point of view Madrid has the main important things that makes a city livable (Friendly people, Affordable living, very good public transport and a large offer of services and leisure offer) but as a european city it's old and needs to be renewed, adapted to the digital society and reduce its pollution.
