Education 4. business conditions, 5. environmental issues and access to nature 6. public transport, 7. international connectivity, For sure no cities in the most liveable cities list (EIU, Mercer, Monocle or GLCI) are in my list. Any small city in Spain (like Tres Cantos) are on top of my list.
