Livability of life in my opinion is the degree to satisfy the needs of both the physical and the social as well as those resulting from our mental needs. I believe that every person has different values that put the highest ones, so for every person good livability it will be something else. For some, there are important aesthetic aspects as to what will look like, and for others mostly functional, or how something will work.
