My top liveability criteria: -Safety -Culture -Education -Economy -Infrastructure 2. I live in Tomsk, a town situated an West Siberia, Russian Federation. Reasons why I live here: -My parents, grandparent and ancestors have been living here. (pic1) -My husband and I are successfully employed in this town and both work in the university. (pic. 2. My students and I on the field trip) - The town is not big, calm and has interesting historical places (pic3) - The place is very green with lots of animals (pic4) - My town has six state universities (pic5) 3. General liveability score for Tomsk: 60 Climate - 50 Culture - 30 Economy - 50 Education - 65 Environment - 30 Healthcare - 40 Housing - 10 Infrastructure - 45 International Connectivity - 10 Job Opportunities - 45 Political Stability - 60 Recreation Possibilities - 40 Safety - 80 Sanitation Standards - 30 Transportation - 50 4. What would I change: I would appoint more janitors; when building new houses, the distance between houses would be increased in order to arrange small public gardens; would build underground parking lots; would remove numerous billboards. 5. Where and why I would move Saint Petersburg: Culture, Economy, Healthcare, Recreation Possibilities, Sanitation Standards. Batumi: Climate, Environment, Recreation Possibilities, Culture, Sanitation Standards. Paris: International Connectivity, Economy, Infrastructure, Culture, Transportation.
