This photo was taken in Mexico at a city called Leon. This is the park at the neighborhood where I live. You can see many visible things in this photo like; accessibility (unfortunately there are just 3 access ramps in all the park, which is not enough), weather, humidity, standard of living, infrastructure (there is a lack of garden, plants, bushes, trees, benches, a good football court, trash cans, public toilets, lamps), attractiveness (just few people use the park), civic culture (the yellow announcement forbids dog owners to leave their dogs' excrement lying on the park floor but many people disobey this order).
