Five most liveable cities I have visited: London, Singapore, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Ningbo. My liveability criteria: Cultural and commercial vibrancy in walking distance, Infrastructure (public transport, electricity, water supply, heating), Smooth climate (for the most part of the year), Architecture (beautiful, human scale, mixed use), Availability of public spaces. Almaty’s ranking under the above criteria (5 – the highest grade, 1 – the lowest): 3, 3, 4, 3, 4.
