My City of Residence, Hamirpur, H.P provides Regulating services (“services that ecosystems provide by acting as regulators” (TEEB)) Because of ambient “Local climate and air quality: Trees provide shade whilst forests influence rainfall and water availability both locally and regionally. Trees or other plants also play an important role in regulating air quality by removing pollutants from the atmosphere.” City Hamirpur is an Educational Hub. It is located in Himachal Pradesh that is the land of rivers and greenery. The climate is pleasant and it adds to the comfort of the residents as well as the students who come to study from different parts of the country. The abundant trees and forest help in regulating fresh air in the city and remove all the pollutants in a very quick response to the livability concerns of the city.
