Think and comment on the following example: Habitats of a certain neighborhood don’t feel safe when they walk in their neighborhood in the evening and during the night. You are working for the local government and want to solve this problem through improvement of the public spaces. How would you start-up a Citizen Design Science project? In the above defined problem the steps involved for the starting up a Citizen design Science project may be : 1.Participation of Citizens with help of Technology ( Smart Phone, internet and toll free nos) in finding out the reasons for feeling unsafe in above context. 2.Participation of Citizens in finding out the solutions to the problem by getting their recommendations and proposals. 3.Analysis of the reasons and solution with the joint participation of Citizens and experts. 4.Implementation of the best solutions applicable as per the case.
