I can only mention the cities that i have been to- first hand experience 1. Most livable cities in order ( 1. being the most livable and 5. being the least livable) 1. Mumbai 2. New Delhi 3. Vadodara 4. Ahmedabad 5. Ghaziabad 2. Characteristics - 1. Safety and Healthcare 2. Job availability 3. Education 4. Infrastructure 5. Connectivity and access 3. The present status of the city that i live in i.e. GHAZIABAD- 1. It's extremely unsafe . After the dark girls feel unsafe. Healthcare facilities are good as there are many multispeciality hospitals and also the proximity to New Delhi, where the best hospitals of the country are, helps. 2. Job availability is also good. Inflation is high. 3. Education is also well facilitated with good schools , colleges and entrance exams' coaching centres. 4. Infrastructure is good but expensive due to the escalating population. 5. Connectivity to New Delhi is a major plus . The trade gets healthier, people can travel easily in search of jobs by various public and private transport.
