In an area that did not use to have any regulations, the govenment decided to regulate it, and so provide sanitation service and eletricity for all citizens. The idea is also to paviment the streets and build an area for social use, where the population can have acess to books, internet, culture, space for physical activity and other. To decide what to build and the best spot to build this center, it is really important to hear what the citizens have to say about it! Futhermore, it's important that the population feels that this place belong to them, so they have to take good care of it and enjoy spending time there. It must have space for all ages, since kids until ancients. The firt step is to invite the population to participate and find out about their needies, theis likes, preferences and other. Hence, together with the government, they can build the best space. The ideal is that the population do more part of things, and public servents just do burocratic things and stuff like this. Activities desired to happen are: people sharing their knowlage, giving classes from differente kids of hings, discussing about the neighboor and how to improve it, having fun, social interactions and other. To sum up, it is a place that can improve people's life, so they have to participate in all the process.
