Ghaziabad is a developing city with rapid urbanisation and trade. 3. The nature of these stocks and flows may change completely in the future. There may be manufacturing units set up the outskirts and goods may be manufactured instead of being imported. Similarly, the changes in the transportation will help reduce carbon footprint ( electric rail transit system is being developed) and also will increase the eare of travelling from Ghaziabad to nearby cities- Noida and New Delhi. Change in construction process of buildings will reduce pollution and will reduce the space occupied by building materials which are presently stored on the roadside adjacent to the construction site.
