The city is not a very liveable place. Is one of the most vulnerable cities because it has been built without any urban planning and without taking into account any natural hazard mitigation measures. There is a high level of pullution and traffic. The city needs various regulations on littering, water pollution , Driver's license points, and recycling systems.
