The first route is the one I am always using because it is faster and more pleasant. Walking through the city centre to get to university makes me happy as I get to look at the old buildings, walk past flower shops and coffee shops, as well as the main square and the winter gardens. The other two routes take longer mainly because both my home and the university are in the city centre and public transportation goes around the areas that are pedestrian use only (which is most of the city centre).
