In this picture we can clearly see the impact and dependency of a resource, in this case Electricity, almost everything in the city works with Electricity: light bulbs, televisions, radio, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioner, wireless phones, cellphones (charging their battery), etc. This picture denotes a big number of cables and also shows how our city is dependent of electricity, without it, the city can do almost nothing. This picture was taken from a neighborhood in Quito, Ecuador when I was visiting a friend of mine.
