My top 5 Livability criterias are: Environment, Infrastructure, Safety, Health care and Job opportunities. I live in Brasilia because of Family, good infrastructure, health care and amount of green areas. Everything is easilly accessible and it's easy to get around. If I could improve thing I would expand public transportation, create renewable energy policies with tax exemptions to influenciate people to switch to renewable. and improve safety. I'd live in San Diego, Toronto, Melbourne and Adelaide because they are all good cities to live in. nice weather and good livability.
