Note- this image was not taken by me, I retrieved it from zuerich.com. My most livable cities: Zurich, Bern, Budapest, Berlin, Kopenhagen. My five characteristics needed in a livable city: The cities need to be safe, clean, comfortable to live in, have interesting things to do in and around them, and be aesthetically pleasing. Zurich ticks all of the boxes beautifully, with little to ask for in terms of the list above. It does this without much seeming effort, and is very nice to wander around in with friends and family.
