India: coal production and oil imports are significant contributors to the energy sources, hence coal and petroleum are the dominant fossil fuels used in my country. They are mainly used for Industry and Transport; however, a significant amount of energy derived from coal is degenerated as power losses. I think the energy use can be significantly improved by lowering the energy lost during processing. This would require high-quality infrastructure and regular maintenance of the production and distribution facilities, as well as better distribution of the energy generated.
