This is an old image of when the stadium in enschede collapsed during renovations. Note - I did not take this image, it comes from https://fr.news.yahoo.com/1-dead-13-injured-dutch-stadium-roof-collapse-135658500.html . The steel required to make the roofing was not dutch, with some of it coming from the nearby country of luxembourg, as that country has a really large steel production. This shows that though the area around enschede should not let it create large steel structures like the one in the photo, however the globalization and interconnectedness of the world allows it now.
