1) I would define liveability as the quality of life/living. 2) 1.environment 2.health 3.housing 4.transportation 5.opportunity 6.neighbourhood 7.engagement 3) San Fransico, Atlanta, Chicago 4) San Fransico 66 57 -9 Atlanta 48 18 -30 Chicago 53 36 -17 5) I chose environment as the top priority because I think clean air and especially water is the foundation for a sustainable place to live – and it has a huge impact on health as well. San Fransicso apparantly has less polution and I would assume more focus on that topic. Especially Atlanta seems to have a lot more polution – especially water polution.
