1. VISIBLE INFORMATION: Business District (high density, new and modern architecture) International Port (top left area) Low levels of traffic Some traffic on water (water taxi or possibly tourist attraction) Shopping Centre (in the foreground with stripy lights on the roof) Green, walkable recreational space (on the edge of the bay) 2. INVISIBLE INFORMATION: a) Business District (BD) has high energy usage b) There are very busy peak and very quiet off-peak periods daily and weekly as it accommodates a large amount of office workers, service industry workers as well as visitors 3. INFORMATION TO KNOWLEDGE: b) Planning of future public transportation hubs have to be in close proximity to the area and the system has to be able to manage large amount of users in a short period of time. The roads have to be able to accommodate high levels of traffic with efficient parking and drop-off areas to each office building. Access to green and recreational areas close to office buildings and retails areas. Enough retails spaces to accommodate both local workers and visitors. Available quality accommodation for both workers and visitors. Energy, water and sanitation system to be able to handle current and future developments in the area. Efficient and affordable IT system both for workers and visitors.
