In this image there are three buildings. However, we will focus only in the one closer to us. Its name is "Estela de Luz" and it was built in 2010 as a monument for the celebration of the bicentenary of Mexico's independence war. An appropiate translation would be like this: "The rock crystal were brought from Brazil; the mechanical pendulum system that counteracts sismical movement was made in Germany; the ilumination system will be installed by Osram, a subsidiary company of Siemens; tha machinery to process the rock crystal was from Italy and the studies of the structures were made in Canada". So, I think that this is a very accurate and ideal example of the results that globalization has achieved.
