The five mist liveable cities to my own experience and knowledge are Lucerne, Auckland, Munich, Zug and London The following 5 charactaristics make a city liveable. 1. Is savety for inhabitants, especially families. 2. Reliability of the infrastructure such as public transport. 3. Is access to nature for recreation. 4. Culture and entertainment possibilities. 5. Good working possibilities. My own city is Zug which is luckily a great place to be. Besides possibilities for culture and entertainment my city is very good. Therefore the city should look to attract more culture. In this special case it would be important to have a look at the inhabitants and its mix. Due to extrem high rents a lot of families and creative people are pushed out of the city in exchange of well paid business (wo)men. Here could city planning take action. A better distribution of tof rich and less rich could make the place more vibrant and lively. But as said, in the case of Zug we complain on a very hogh level :-)
