Two things are clearly visible: 1. Electricity - we see railways on the ground, they are for trolley-cars. Even though I know they are not currently active, they still are there and tells us a story about the place. Also (even though it is not clearly visible on the photo) there is railways above, crossing through the top of the arc. It is transport + electricity, and it shapes the look of the city 2. Water communications. The yellow tube for heating is clearly visible and no one is even trying to hide it - it is already the part of the scenery
