In Perú, we have these top liveability cities: 1. Arequipa 3. Cusco 3. Puno 4. Tarapoto 5. Paracas Make a city liveable: 1. Calm 2. Cool temperature 3. No traffic 4. No polution 5. Sustainable and resilence. Lima: Its not calm, there are too much traffic, polution for the cars and public transportation, the climate is humid. First of all, we have to attack the problem of pollution and traffic by designing rules of restricted traffic of vehicles by numbers of plates. The factories must be located far from the city. Have more green areas with gardens, parks and plants of all kinds to improve oxygen and the environment.
