the picture in the left shows a residential block in Riyadh while the Picture in the right shows a residential block in Majmaa (200km from Riyadh) Same country, same building regulations but the infrastructure of power in Riyadh is underground while in Majmaa the still use Power Columns to transfer electricity. this deference made Majmaa look very different -from urban design point of view, from Riyadh even though people build similar types of building
