There are places in the city where it is especially dangerous at night. For our city, a rather serious problem is insufficient coverage of its territory, that is, of public spaces. It is also necessary to think over the options for calling emergency services. That is, you can install special devices for quick data call services. And there is such an experience in Tomsk. Also, the organization of space should be more open. Good experience is the installation in the city of surveillance systems that help prevent crime. Citizen Design is a good tool that can improve people's lives. The population should participate in the development of the territory where they live. It is residents of the city who understand what they lack, and what they would like to receive. Mandatory moments in civil design projects should be landscaping, landscaping, cleaning of the territory. Important for the city's residents is also transport projects.
