This picture us taken close to the entrance to the Palm in Dubai. What you can see is smth that looks like a desert road with a few building under construction on the horizon. What you don't see is that 1)there is a very popular public beach at the end of that road. 2) it gets very hot even at winter times. Given the proximity to Dubai main living areas and the popularity of the beach it will be amazing for the residents to have some better infrastructure available - umbrellas, changing rooms, cafes.
