1.Which are your top livability criteria? The five most important criteria for livability: 1. housing, 2. economics, 3. infrastructure, 4. education, 5. transportation 2. Why do we live where we live? Why do I live in Tomsk? Well, firstly, I was born here. Tomsk in my opinion is very interesting for life. This is a fairly large educational center. There are many universities here, so the question of education is relatively simple. Tomsk is not a big enough city, as a result of which there is no such fuss as for example in Moscow, Novosibirsk, etc. Tomsk is a very beautiful city. Here is a beautiful historical architecture. In my opinion, the city's economy in many other cities of Russia in Tomsk is quite good. In Tomsk there are enough recreational areas and revenge for leisure activities. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Of course Tomsk is not ideal and it has much to do with the growth of livability. My estimate of the degree of accomplishment is about 70 percent relative to my main criteria of livability. Of course, this assessment is subjective. I estimate with respect to other Russian cities that I visited. 4. What would you change? Of course, there are quite a lot of problems that must be solved in Tomsk in the area of city amenities. In my opinion, among the first-priority measures, it is necessary to create a system for effective cleaning of the city. Also more important in my opinion is more competent processes of gradotroitelstva. Tomsk has an interesting and beautiful historical architecture and it is necessary to take this into account when implementing new construction. It is necessary to improve housing construction, build modern energy-efficient and comfortable houses, with parking and other benefits. 5. Why do we move? I do not want to change my place of residence. But hypothetically, I considered the following cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg. The main criteria for livability: housing, economy, infrastructure, job opportunities, education.
