I understand the livability as a number of necessary conditions that must be present in the city and allow a person to satisfy their needs for work, self-expression, rest. An important condition here is the satisfaction of a person, from his culture and from many other factors. Livability is very difficult to express some on. 1.Housing, 2. neighborhood, 3. environment, 4. opportunity, 5. transportation, 6. health, 7. engagement Washington, New York, Detroit Washington: LS 59 CLS 69 C +10, New York: LS 58 CLS 58 C 0, Detroit: LS 49 CLS 54 C+5 For me, the most important indicator is the housing one. After adjusting this criterion, the growth was greatest in all cities except New York. This in my opinion is due to the fact that in New York this criterion and so on a fairly high position relative to other cities.
