In Bogota, there are different CDS projects, but that it’s the problems, all of them are only projects that aren’t being constructed of have some economics problems, there are ideas to improve the transportation and recover the nature around Bogota, but until today I don’t recognize any one. Thinking in the imaginary problem, first its necessary to understand the facts that make the habitants not to feel safe, after of it propose projects and let them to interact or influence it, so there is a final project created by experts and the habitants. The guidelines propose for this projects are Initial Participation, Continuous Participation, Evaluation and Impact, all as a repetitive cycle that would improve every project.
