The picture shows parts of two office buildings. The one on the right was build about 40 years ago and construction on the other started in 2016. They two buildings have some visual similarities, but the older building is predominantly masonry and concrete, while the new one uses more steel, metal panels, and glass. The newer building also appears to use more prefabricated components that could have been manufactured globally. This trend can be seen in most recent constructions in this city.
