This is a photo that shows the Cleveland Dam. It supplies approximately 40% of the Lower Mainland’s fresh drinking water. Surprisingly it is not used to produce energy, at least that I am aware of. The water comes from the mountains that surrounds the dam. More info here http://www.waterpowermagazine.com/features/featurethe-case-of-cleveland-dam/ It is beautiful location and open to everyone, good to know where the water from your tap is coming from.
