In this picture you can see the construction of a new road. Next to the plan to build a road, they also plan to lay wiring. Instead of dragging a multitude of HDPE across the construction site, they place them in the river next to it and weld them there. After a few tubes are welded together, they let them float across a few kilometers of river after which they drag to the already dug out location. This is saving a lot of hassle because there is only a limited amount of space to enter the construction site.
