The picture shows a busy traffic junction.  ‎ The traffic infrastructure in the nearby areas includes a bus station, two bridges, electrified main train line, underpasses. There is a river next to the roads, assuming some engineering works alongside.  There is an university and shopping centre around informing us about the excessive network of  utilities.
