Housing City = Seattle; Liveability Score = 63; Custom score = 70; Change = +9 City = Phoenix; Liveability Score = 47; Custom score = 53; Change = +6 City = New York; Liveability Score = 62; Custom score = 82; Change = +20 Each of my custom scores was higher than the original score. The fact that Neighbourhoods are important to me means that all these cities must have good neighbourhoods.
